**Important After-Sales Notice: Inspection Policy & Warranty Coverage**

1.   **Pre-Use Inspection Mandatory:**

*   Upon receipt, **DO NOT remove the protective film** from metal bracelets.

*   **DO NOT wear** leather strap models.

*   Carefully inspect the watch for any issues *before* removing protective elements or wearing it.

2.   **Testing Procedure:**

*   You can fully assess the watch's functionality (e.g., setting the time, winding the movement) **without removing protective films or wearing the watch.**

*   Conduct this static testing to verify proper operation.

3.   **Consequence of Removing Protection/Wearing:**

*   **Once protective films are removed or the watch is worn, it becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable.**

*   Any issues discovered *after* protective films are removed or the watch is worn will be handled **solely as a warranty repair** (subject to the terms below), not as a return or exchange.

4.   **Warranty Coverage Clarification:**

*   The manufacturer's warranty **covers the watch movement (caliber) only.**

*   **Exclusions (Not Covered):**

*   Bracelets/Straps (scratches, stretching, breakage).

*   Watch Case (scratches, dents, damage).

*   Crystal (scratches, cracks, breakage from impact or accident).

*   Any other external damage or cosmetic wear.

*   Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, neglect, or normal wear and tear is the **owner's responsibility.**

If I don't like the watch I received, can I exchange it for another style?

No. You can't.

*Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are NOT returnable.

If the watch parts I purchased does not fit my watch. Can I return for refund?

No. You can't.

If the watch is defective or incorrect when I receive it. Can I return for replacement? 

Yes. You can. Please keep the watch in brand new condition, then contact us within 7 days from delivery date about defective or incorrect item, we will instruct you how to return it and get either replacement.  

As long as the watch is brand new in plastic. You can contact us for exchange. But you will have to pay shipping fee for all the ways.
